User Data Deletion Request
Baseball Dream users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.
If you wish to delete your Baseball Dream account, you may submit a deletion request by contacting:

In your request, please provide the Email address associated with your Baseball Dream account.
For security purposes, we may ask you to complete a reasonable identity verification process before processing the deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
After your request is verified and processed, we will delete or permanently de-identify personal information associated with your Baseball Dream account, where required and permitted by applicable law.
This may include:
- Account Email address
- Account authentication information
- Account profile information
- Login-related information
- Personal account identifiers
- Third-party login associations
- Other personal information directly associated with your account
Your ability to access the Baseball Dream account will be permanently terminated.
What Happens to Your Game Data
Deleting your account may result in the permanent loss of:
- Your Agent access
- Control of your Players
- Team or Staff permissions
- Virtual Currency
- Items
- Inventory
- Achievements
- Account-specific game progress
- Other account-linked virtual assets
Once deletion is completed, this information may not be recoverable.
Baseball History and Public Game Records
Baseball Dream is a persistent baseball world where games, seasons, statistics, awards, trades, championships, and other events form part of a shared historical record.
For this reason, deleting your account does not necessarily delete or rewrite historical game events that have already occurred.
For example:
- Completed Game Results may remain
- Box Scores may remain
- Player career statistics may remain
- Championships and Awards may remain
- Completed Trades and Transactions may remain
- Season and League History may remain
- Hall of Fame or other historical records may remain
Where reasonably possible, these historical records will be disconnected from information that directly identifies your real-world account, or retained in anonymized or de-identified form.
Deleting an account does not cancel previously completed games or rewrite the history of the Baseball Dream world.
Information We May Retain
Certain information may be retained where necessary for:
- Legal obligations
- Accounting or tax requirements
- Payment and refund records
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of our Terms of Service
- Protection against abuse or unauthorized account recreation
Such information will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
Third-Party Services
If you used a third-party service to access or pay for Baseball Dream, such as:
- Facebook / Meta
- Apple
- Steam
- PayPal
- Google Play
- Apple App Store
deleting your Baseball Dream account does not automatically delete information independently held by those third-party services.
You may need to contact or use the privacy controls of the relevant provider separately.
Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
In some cases, additional time may be required where identity verification, legal obligations, payment disputes, security investigations, or technical processes are involved.
Before You Delete Your Account
Please understand that account deletion is intended to be permanent.
After deletion:
Your Baseball Dream account may not be recoverable.
Your Agent may no longer be accessible.
Your Players and virtual assets may no longer be controllable by you.
Your game progress may be permanently lost.
Please make sure you understand these consequences before submitting your request.
