Search engines, authorized APIs, official tools, and other automation expressly approved by us are excluded from this prohibition.
21. Bugs and Exploits
Baseball Dream is continuously developed and may contain Bugs, numerical errors, synchronization issues, or other unintended behavior.
Discovering a Bug does not give a player the right to exploit it for personal benefit.
If you discover a Bug that may allow you to:
- obtain unlimited currency;
- duplicate Items;
- repeatedly claim rewards;
- bypass payment;
- bypass Contract restrictions;
- manipulate Game Results;
- modify Stats;
- access data you should not be able to access;

you should stop exploiting the issue and notify us.
Knowingly and repeatedly exploiting a significant Bug for advantage may be treated as an Exploit.

If a Bug, Exploit, system failure, or data error causes abnormal:
- Virtual Currency;
- Items;
- Players;
- Stats;

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid affecting legitimate data unrelated to the issue.
23. Multiple Accounts and Coordinated Account Activity

For example, multiple accounts may not be used to:

- manipulate Free Agency;
- transfer assets improperly;
- manipulate Rankings;
- manipulate Pick'em;
- repeatedly claim one-time rewards;
- manipulate market prices;
- manipulate Game Results; or
- evade account penalties.
Whether merely owning multiple accounts is permitted may be determined by Baseball Dream's then-current game rules.
Even where multiple accounts are permitted, using groups of accounts for Collusion or to circumvent restrictions may still constitute a violation.
24. Collusion and Match Manipulation
Players may not cooperate with other players in arrangements that undermine normal competitive play by manipulating:
- Game Results
- Standings
- Rankings
- Trades
- Contracts
- Free Agency
- Awards
- Pick'em
- Team Finances
- Other competitive systems
Normal strategy, negotiation, and in-game competition do not automatically constitute Collusion.

We may make reasonable game-balance adjustments to content, including:
- Nerfs
- Buffs
- Rebalancing
- Formula Changes

- Rule Changes
Ordinary game-balance adjustments generally do not constitute a product defect.

- successfully complete a Contract;
- successfully complete a Trade;

30. Paid Content During Alpha or Beta
If Baseball Dream offers paid content during Alpha, Beta, or another test period, purchases will be handled according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Purchasing content during a test period does not guarantee that all associated game values or test data will remain permanently unchanged.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights, refund rights, or payment-platform rights that cannot legally be waived.
